Polyvagal Manual Therapy CDMX \u2013 Level 3<\/strong>
Intensive in-person course for manual therapists who have already completed PVMT2.<\/p>\n

This formation of Polyvagal Manual Therapy in Mexico City \u2013 PVMT3<\/strong> is focused on addressing the enteric nervous system<\/strong>, the axis body-emotion<\/strong> and somatosentimental integration through manual contact. It is a profound clinical experience that connects visceral autonomic regulation with emotional health and the support of embodied trauma.<\/p>\n

For three days you will receive intensive training in specific techniques to intervene on the abdominal and pelvic plexuses<\/strong>, unmyelinated vagus nerve of the abdomen<\/strong>, diaphragm<\/strong>, splenic plexus<\/strong>, visceral fascia<\/strong> and key structures involved in internal perception and physiological states. The foundations of emotional treatment and the bottom-up-top-down pathway between body, emotion, and thought will also be addressed.<\/p>\n

By the end of the course, you will have integrated new tools to manage complex physical and emotional symptoms such as digestive dysfunction, somatizations, visceral anxiety, retained trauma in the viscera, blocked breathing, and more.<\/p>\n
